Encompassing the whole bottom level of the property, this home comes with a BBQ, alfresco dining, air-conditioning and laundry facilities.

The space

With its breezy beachside aesthetic, this home offers a fantastic base for delving into Port Noarlunga’s seaside lifestyle. It combines lights and bright interiors with a large and private outdoor patio, perfect for soaking up the fresh coastal air.

The living and dining area is open plan with ample space for families or groups. A dining table makes it easy to share a meal at home, although you’ll also find plenty of eateries in the charming town centre. In the evening, relax on the lounges with a good book, board games or spot of TV. Within the kitchenette, enjoy a coffee pod machine, microwave, and mini fridge, and cook up a feast out on the BBQ and dine alfresco.

You’ll sleep easy in two queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms come well-appointed with fresh white linens and storage space for your belongings. Air-conditioning throughout keeps things cool all year round, while black-out blinds encourage a sleep in. You’ll refresh within a neat bathroom and enjoy the convenience of a separate laundry with a washing machine.

Free street parking is available. Please note the accommodation includes the entire downstairs level, with the owners living upstairs. It has private access.
